We offer three studio sizes: 18.6m2 (3.89 x 4.8m), 25.6m2 (3.89 x 6.6m), and 29.2m2 (3.89 x 7.5m). These can also be combined to create a larger living space. A general overview of permissible structures is shown below based on property size. Compliance with the Exempt development and Complying development codes will need to be assessed on a site-by-site basis. Setbacks from boundaries are a key consideration in the applicability of the codes. If the codes are able to be met then a Development Application (DA) is not required. If the site constraints mean that the codes are not met a DA can then be submitted.
